After working for G.P.'s (8 Dr.'s and numerous N.P's-same office) for upward of 15 years and my back office 'knowledge' of the good-bad-and ugly doctors, I am grateful to have found Dr Liu still working and accepting of my Covered California insurance.

Not only was I pleasantly surprised by his bedside manner (great sense of humor) but the vast knowledge and UNDERSTANDING Dr Liu exuded was comforting to say the least!

Rather than 'pass-off' my peculiar symptoms, Dr Liu spent ample time with me on EVERY visit and actually LISTENED to my complaints.

He explained the possibilities, probabilities and admitted when he didn't really have answers. BUT, gave me completed confidence that he was on the 'case' to find those answers. Indeed he did.

We must remember that Doctors are human too. We all have 'bad' days and technology can be frustrating as well as challenging to keep the continuity of patient care in terms of QUALITY rather than quantity…Obama Care has thrust these great physicians into struggling with their love of medicine and caring for their patients to managing the limits government has put upon them.

Dr Liu is a true professional….I thank you hardly seems adequate

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I noticed their credentials and diplomas as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
