They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I wish that they were more computerized. When I asked for my initial paperwork to be sent over via email, as other physicians offices have done, I was told, albeit, very nicely, that that could not be done. After the visit, I waited for a very long time for the admin people to have orders created for me for my lab work. They did not have a system to send the lab order via computer to the lab. They had low tech but high touch. The human factor is alive and well at this office. The staff is kind, friendly, nice, professional and empathetic. And that goes a long way in how one feels, both emotionally, and physically, in a MD’s office. I recommend this office highly.

Took while to get the appt. because of the doctor's specialzation, but appt. was great. doctor and his physician's asst. were extremely thorough and helpful; very pleasant, and answered all my questions thoroughly; did not feel rushed at all, and appt. with doctor lasted a good 30-45 minutes. Highly recommended.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
