I was very impressed with how up-to-date they were with all the latest medical advancements. I knew that they would be able to offer me the latest, most effective treatment options. Almost every time I go, I have to remind them who I am and why I'm there. They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their patients. They were able to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I never was left wondering about anything. A couple of my friends have told me about doctors that take personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they don't do that here, and always give me their full attention.
