First of all they are located on 890 Westfall Road. Suite D Rochester NY 14618. They were extremely nice to us when my mom missed an appointment because she was in the hospital and we forgot to call. They also did not get upset with us because we were late due to looking up his address on Google which is wrong. Hence the first sentence. The staff are all very down to earth and genuinely nice and very helpful. The person doing the bone scan was very patient and friendly. Dr Aitezaz Ahmed is a very good doctor and gives many choices on how to help his patients deal with arthritis. He looks at the whole person and their medical issues and then gives his advice. My mom totally trusts him.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room to keep me busy. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure their patients have some entertainment while they waited. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
