I went in for what I thought was achilles tendonitis. Swain did not even look at my foot! He added lifts to my orthotics that pushed me exactly the wrong way, I told him they would not work, he shaved them down and sent me out. I returned the next day to have them changed as they were causing more problems. He added more lift...wrong again...I ended up sanding them down and adding duct tape to lift them as needed to be lifted. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
