Their office was well organized and clean. They behaved in a courteous and professional manner. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. N has a very good professional reputation as he was who UCIMC referred me to. I know that I'm under the care of an expert, because he took the time to explain things and is himself on the staff of a local hospital. Moreover, he explained my procedure is necessary but considered cosmetic by my insurer, so I love that I can count on them to work with my insurer to get the appropriate solution for my situation. I was very impressed.
