Worst experience I've had with a doctor. I went to see Wendy Wu a few weeks ago, the receptionist took my insurance information and told me I wouldn't have to pay anything unless I got x-rays. Wendy came in and talked to me for less than 5 mins, gave me some 10 cent heel pads and left. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $157!!! The original bill was $250 and my insurance paid $93, I called the office and they transferred me to some really rude and aggressive lady that said the receptionist was wrong and I had to pay the $157 when all she did was give me some 10 cent heel pads!! It was a complete sham of a doctor's visit, she represents everything wrong with American doctor's greedily overcharging patients and even lying to us about the charges.

This is my very first time to see Dr. Wendy Wu, she and her staff are very professional, I went in for a second opinion on my (ankle)calcaneus fracture. She treated me with a lot care and comfort. Dr. Wu understands her patients needs, she has a very easy going personality. I highly recommend(5stars) her for her specialty. I hope in the future she accepts work comp patients.
