Doctor Rinoie is the best! He planned my surgery within 3 days when the previous hospital i went to said that it would take 2 weeks to plan it. He is very friendly and makes sure that you are not in any pain. If you go to him, you will be in excellent hands. Although, he has one secretary that does not speak english very well. It was hard to make appointments through her, but other than that everything else was great. He also speaks Japanese, English, and Mandarin.
