Patient beware. I had good care here six years ago. Not so much last summer. 1. They ask for payment up front before care. 2. They require a copy of your drivers license before treatment. 3. She cares more about the money than your feet.
Despite it being 5 years since my previous custom orthotics were made (which I no longer had), she didn't take x-rays, watch me walk, examine my feet, or do anything but ask me if the other ones were still working. They made new molds of my feet and sent them to a different orthotic lab. When they came back, they were awful. Not at all the right fit. Like they had been made for someone else. They immediately hurt badly. I could not walk in them. She asked me to take them home anyway and try them, I did, and my feet hurt for hours after a few minutes of wearing them. Bottom line, despite several attempts, they could not get them right. 3 months were consumed. I was moving out of the area (which I told them prior to first appointment). I asked for my money back ($350). They became rude, saying they are custom products. I was upset, $350 poorer and without Orthotics! She became HIGHLY DEFENSIVE when I complained she had NOT taken x-rays, watched me walk or examine me. Then said, "You know what, you just go have a nice life." They did finally refund the cost only of orthotics, but not the office visit.

Same-day relief! I hobbled in, cringing in pain, and Dr Khawam and her staff really made me feel like they cared. I walked out of her office pain-free and very happy.
