Dr. Winters is fabulous ... IF you can get in to see him. We ordered special shoes for me at my last visit with inserts. My next visit was scheduled for three months later. I got phone messages telling me my shoes were in and I should come in and pick them up. But when I tried to call for a time to come pick them up, they can't give me one. Dr. Winters is booked up so far in advance. They said they would get back to me. They have not. Am I seriously going to have to wait over two months to pick up a pair of shoes? Ridiculous! This is unacceptable customer service. This is in the Avon office. Dr. Winters also has hours at Carmel but I live on the south side of Brownsburg -- right next to Avon. I am NOT going to drive all the way up to Carmel to pick up a pair of shoes! So I guess I will wait over two months instead.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
