Had a complex fracture and was referred through BWMCs ER 2 years ago and having to have a reconstruction because she neglected to do proper imaging prior to surgery and she placed screws in too far, now I am facing a complex reconstruction up at Mercy. If you have any complex health issues or anything other than a toenail or something minor, go see Mark Meyerson and his team up at Mercy. Lauren Newnam screwed up my surgery, and did so in a manner that I can't sue for negligence or malpractice because there aren't any images to look at prior to surgery to show she did or didn't do anything wrong. And now it would be speculation.

Dr. Newnam is an outstanding professional and knowledgable in her field. She has a great sense of humor and puts patients at ease. I highly recommend her.
