Unfortunately, Dr. Hudak and the service she provided was not helpful in treating my diagnosis of plantar fasciitis. Other than a cortisone shot(which was ineffective) and very brief doctor-patient office visit explaining the diagnosis (assistants spent more time with me demonstrating foot exercises and taking x-rays), I am very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism of this doctor and Tristate Foot And Ankle Center. In addition, I was misled in purchasing foot equipment (Night Sprint $125 and Orthotics $45) which I could have purchased on my own for A LOT less ($36 and $15 respectively) and, in my opinion, is fraudulent and a disservice to me and every patient! I experienced dealing with an extremely unprofessional and argumentative staff when I called to question the unacceptable billing charge. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Tristate Foot and Ankle Center.

The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their prices were very fair. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
