Dr. Barkoff caused my father who is diabetic the loss of his toe. He was aware that my father had diabetes and poor blood circulation.
He debrided my Father's toe causing infection. This caused my father to immediately need toe amputation. I left message at office and he never called my dad to see how is was.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They did not accept credit cards at the time as they were a fairly new office. They were very friendly though. That wait wasn't too bad, and the Dr. was great.
