There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
