Friendly, amiable, extremely knowledgeable and best of all available when you need him. I have had two weekend emergencies in the last year and Dr. O'Mara has responded cheerfully and with total precision at these "off-hour" meetings. His bag of tricks for patients addressing followup self-care is astonishing. A consummate professional with a good sense of humor. The best possible combination for any Doctor I want to see.
