In 1999 my son was born with an unilateral cleft lip(right side) and palate. We had no idea this would be the case, as it wasn't visible on the ultra sounds. At 12 weeks old Dr Taylor repaired his lip and the palate at 18 months. Since then we have met many children with this same birth defect and I have to say, my son has the best lip job, period. It is not pulled tight, it looks very natural, is lined up perfectly with the cupids bow and all. Thanks Dr. Taylor for making the unknown, known and creating a beautiful lip job for my son.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
