Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I couldn't believe how much they pressured me to schedule my surgery right away before I had any time to think about whether I wanted to do it or not. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.The doctor also talk to my husbands' friends about me consulting plastic surgery. He does not honor confidentiality. He was rude, judgmental and condescending to me. I will never recommend this rude doctor to my friends.
