I had a mini facelift with Dr. Dechiara. As the swelling subsided I was left with pouches on both lower cheeks (like a chipmonk). I made several post operative visits to her office and each time was told these would go away as I healed...maybe it would take a year. I realized after a year and a half that they were not going away...rather they were getting worse. I confronted her for the last time and asked what went wrong. Why did a simple procedure fail. She just stared at me and then I knew I had been deceived over that year and a half. I have consulted another surgeon and will have her mess corrected at a cost of thousands of dollars.

My appointments got canceled here a lot. She was SO SWEET in the beginning, but I am sorry I ever crossed paths with her.. .The patient's questions get answered under the guise of gibberish. They barely gave me any ACCURATE information at all, I discovered after the fact. After doing my own research to get my questions answered I came away disgusted and extremely upset.. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
