Recent Reviews
The receptionist staff at the medical office is unhelpful and unprofessional. Nobody answers the phone. You wait 20 mins for them to pick up the phone and then they hang up on you. You call back and they give you the round about answers or pass you along to make you feel as if you are inconvenience or they only want to work when they feel like it. Sometimes patients are in lots of pain when they come to the office but the front office staff do not care and would not help the patient. It takes a month to book a physical therapy appointment. There is an older lady reception that likes to power trip and make it difficult for patients even they are in lots of pain.
