Terrible business practice. This company is unorganized and unethical. I was charged 4 years later for a pediatric visit that happened in 2012! We haven't been associated with this company for years. My husband was contacted by the billing department and told if we didn't pay we would be sent to collections. They failed to mentioned that the charges were from a visit that happened in December 2012! If this company is so hard up for $32.25, I think they should consider closing their doors!
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
