They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
