I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
