I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I only have two complaints. The office staff could be more friendly, and the wait time is very long.
