The staff in the front office was not that friendly, sometimes a little rude. The nurse was nice, talked to my baby, and made me feel confortable to talk to them. However, the doctor didn't seem to have much interest in my baby and always seemed in a hurry to leave. Being a first time mother, there were many questions in mind, however he seemed careless and made me feel my questions were not important. Sometimes he would answer in a good manner but there was a few times where his answers just became rude comments instead of a simple yes or no. Bad experience for a first time mother, not at all what I expected from a pediatrician.
