I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.Worst pediatrition ever !! And not to mention the staff!! First off the first day I met him he was so rushed to get in and out of my new borns first doctor appointment when I asked him about my baby's umbilical cord which I was concerned about he touche it without wearing any gloves or even at least sanitizing his hands !(my heart dropped when he did that knowing there might be so many germs on his hands.. I was too emberassed to say anything which i regret...)thats when I knew I had to change my sons pediatrician .I was so busy with school that I didn't make time to change his pedi. When I went in for his shots the second month I was 20 min late (because of school I am in a quarter system where you can not miss any class) I even got out early to take my son to get his shots. When I arrived I told the receptionist my story and she said "well I'm going to have to reschedule you " she didn't even bother asking the doctor if he could get my baby in at a later time and when I kept insisting that if I could just speak to the docto she just went to the side spoke to another receptionist and sent her to tell me the same thing she had told me. I was so upset ! So I just stormed out of the office .( knowing how important shots are I would think it is critical to get babies in to be seen by the doctor) His receptionist are the worst !! Their rude and obnoxious ! There is one with really heavy make up that is always chewing gum while talking to you and seems like she never knows whats going on. NEVER go to his office !!!

And to all those supposedly GOOD reviews about this office it's all bullshit sorry for my foul language .. It is probably his own receptionist writing it since they seem to never be doing anything
in there office but gossip and talk ! So again I advise to everyone and all NEW MOTHERS TO NEVER STEP FOOT IN HIS OFFICE!!!

DR. MONTES IS...

rude and confrontational. When I first made a visit to his office my oldest was a newborn. It was her appointment. At the time I was a new, young mother and a little defensive of that fact. So when he sighed as he begun to answer questions, I'm sure he's heard many times from new mothers, I let it go. The next visit two months later I was treated the same by Dr. Montes. My concerns were not addressed and I truely felt dismissed.Recently, six years have passed and I find myself in front of Dr. Montes again. He was recommended by my ob for my new daughter. This time I thought we could have a discussion about starting baby food at her 4 month check up. He asked if I had started feeding solids, when I started to give my answer he interupted me. We had started food. He asked why and again I begain to give my answer. Again I was interupted. My questions were not answered, I was not heard. We will not be giving this "doctor" any more chances. Personally I would not recommend him to anyone I knew. And have already advised two women I know to choose a different doctor for their new babies.
