They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.
