I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. When I told them I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they ridiculed me and told me I was uninformed. I've done plenty of research on these vaccinations, and I'm uncomfortable with my child getting them. I couldn't believe they would be that rude. I began asking my husband to accompany me to every well-baby visit because they turned into a battle of wills as I tried to explain that I knew enough about vaccines to make an informed decision NOT to accept them. More than one visit ended with me in tears of frustration.

Dr. Cunningham is nice,and a good doctor! I'm going on 13 and this will be at least 11 years I know of shes been my doctor shes the best and caring!!
