It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
