Terrible.
My son is 15, when he was an infant he had pyloric stenosis and needed surgery. The doctor did not listen to me and was saying there was nothing wrong that I was pretending he was sick as he would projectile vomit across a room. Dr. Kramer would make me bring him him numerous times to see and witness himself and send me home. Thankfully he was off one day and the PA sent us for a abdominal US. My son had surgery that next day and then a following surgery a few months later. I'm lucky my son is alive. I can't believe he still practices. Thank god for his PA 15 years ago whomever it was at that time.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They also hear your concerns about your child and the symptoms and they dont tell you its a virus or "normal for their age" like some of the other pediatrics that i have taken my child to.
