They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was very comfortable with the temperature in the waiting room, but the exam rooms were HOT. I was treated terribly; my observations were entirely discounted.When I asked for a referral to a specialist, I was put off. I don't believe I was respected by this doctor. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They aren't the most respected pediatrician in my community. Most of the parents don't recommend them. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week or two. Although the walk-in hours are convenient, if the care given isn't adequate the hours don't matter much!
