They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment.
