Doctor Robinson more than compensates for the off-putting receptionist, who ranted to me about how much he doesn't get paid by insurance companies the first time I called. Turns out she's his wife; so you can see she might be bothered; still, it doesn't really belong in a phone conversation.
He is kind, warm, obviously incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and confident without being arrogant or bossy. I visited a well-known ENT surgeon who didn't make half the impression on me that this old-school professional did.
