Nightmare. appointment double or triplebooked, office was dirty, roach in bathroom and there was no soap! it was hot in the office. I mentioned this and was told "we havent turned the air on yet." (no kidding!) something like whatI would imagine the soviet union hospital would have been like, or perhaps a third world country. lobby was a mess, needed badly to be vacuumed. bizarre and terrible.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. After attempting to schedule a procedure, the staff has stopped returning my calls, will not fill out necessary paperwork in a timely manner, and is generally not helpful. The doctor's fingernails were long and dirty during my visits. I recommend you DONT use this doctor!!!
