Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff were polite and professional; however, the doctor was NOT understanding or caring. He did not listen to my concerns and, in fact, rudely dismissed them. He was abrupt, rough, and arrogant. I would not recommend him to ANYONE. After several visits I found another ENT doctor who is wonderful and quickly discovered what was the cause of my symptoms. I gave him one star only because the site will not allow "0" stars.
