Dr. Sutton is a very good ENT and surgeon. His front desk staff has something to be desired. As a retired doctor myself I found it disturbing that I had to chase after his staff to get a clearance for a thyroidectomy. Had I been just a lay person this important surgery may have been delayed more than mine already has (3 months)! He should tighten up on his front desk and scheduling staff. He and his nurse are just fine.... Also they (front desk girls) don't think independently, once a sonogram of mine was delayed by 2 months because I happened to have a biopsy.... Like I said, if I were Dr. Sutton I would either re-train of do whatever was necessary to better his front desk team. They're not terrible but not rocket scientists either!!

They do a good job. The office is clean, staff courteous. I did have to chase them once for test results. Dr. Sutton doesnt recommend, he gives options and statistics and lets you decide. I find that both good and bad. Sometimes I want to know what he would do if in my shoes! He wont do it!
Referrals are made in a timely fashion. All & All good office!
