Every time I come here they remember me by name . Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
