Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
