They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed.
