I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. However, the ENT, Kevin Braat, MD was very rough with his instruments to vacuum ear wax out of my ear, causing me a great deal of discomfort, and then got annoyed because I was in discomfort. He was all set to leave the job unfinished and have me go home and treat it myself with over-the-counter meds when I had to ask him to please try again and be more gentle since the inner ear is a sensitive area! He was NOT very nice about it either, just acted disgusted, ignorant, and impatient. I have never met this guy before, don't know what the problem is! But I won't be going back to him or referring him to anyone I care about.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
