Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
