In august of 2014 I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. My ENT Dr said it was one of th elargest tumors he had ever seen and was concerned. he recommended Dr Marsch and Dr Moira Sutton. I went through three 8 hour chemo treatment sunder Dr Marsch's care and 30+ radiation treatments under Dr Sutton's care. I had a feeding tube installed in August when I began treatments. Last treatments were in November of 2014. December was a horrible time. By January I was back on solid foods, by February I wanted to go back to work. In March I did. Last checkup to ENT specialist he was amazed, not even any scar tissue. I owe my life to Dr Marsch and Dr Sutton and love my follow up visits as they ar eall positive. Dr Marsch never once considered giving up or talking about failure.

Dr. Marsh was very col and clinical in his delivery to me, he basically said I have only 1-2 years to live and nothing could help me at this point. I was diagnosed with stage IVb cervical cancer with spots on my liver which he stated were metastasis without doing a biopsy. I understand he may need to be clinical as a coping mechanism, but when delivering a diagnosis he should at least be compassionate! I felt very frustrated when I asked questions, which he answered mostly as, we can try that but you will die anyway. I felt as if he didn't care about me as a person or human being, he was abrupt, and gave short, terse answers to my questions. When I left I was angry, sad and most of all disappointed with my experience with this MD. I will not be returning to him for any treatment, preferring a more compassionate oncologist who will be a part of a team for me.
