DR Kathri paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. He is great. His staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They didn't help us as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They dont seem to know what they are doing in the office and dont seem to care if they explain the paperwork they are handing you with to take out of there. Also make errors when making appts, this is not good. He needs to get a staff that reflects him and how wonderful he is.
