They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The nurses are very caring, and Dr. So is very attentive and thorough. He was very good about listening to everything I had to say!
