Mark Montano just doesn't seem up on the literature or informed. He does the same basic tests & doesn't have enough depth of knowledge to gather input & synthesize. His responses were extremely shallow & general. I won't go back, as he offered me little to nothing -- although he verbalized concern, but knew nothing about trigeminal neuraligia -- a neurological condition.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
