They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They waited over a week to tell me that i had a brain tumor, then told me it was going to be nearly impossible to find treatment without insurance!!!
