It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They return my phone calls quickly. MOre importantly than any of this, Dr Kim is extremely detailed and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me or acting like my concerns and questions were unimportant.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff was helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
