The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The main problem I have is I had an appointment on a Monday and had to cancel because I had the flu . I just got a statement fom them with a $50 appt. cancellation fee. When I called about it the billing manager could care less! I ask her since I got the flu over the weekend how could I cancel my appointment until Monday. She did not care!! After being with Dr. Sherman for nearly 9 years it is time to find another doctor!
