I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. He knew nothing about how to treat a migraine I had for over two months and referred me to a pain management doctor. I found another doctor at Midtown Neurology who knew what was wrong with me and how to treat it.
