In a nut shell: After Changing all my RX, There was absolutely no follow-up calls from her or her staff even after I reported multiple times of having significant side affects from the new meds. I am not one to complain unnecessarily, nor am I a high maintenance patient so being ignored......to say the least was unacceptable.

The office was easy enough to find. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
