I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The only negative comment I have is that they call you with a private number that doesn't show on caller ID and won't ring through if you have anonymous caller block (I do, to prevent harassing calls). The receptionist insists that I remove the block. I feel they should be allowing their number to be displayed.
